Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Dorzee ships your order, what it costs, and how long it usually takes.

Processing time

Orders confirmed before 6 PM are processed the same working day. You receive an SMS with a tracking link once the courier collects your parcel.

Delivery charges and times

• Inside Dhaka: standard charge, usually 1 to 2 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: standard nationwide charge, usually 3 to 5 working days.
• International: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Free delivery

Free nationwide delivery applies to qualifying order values, as shown in the cart and at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available across Bangladesh with no advance payment required, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

Failed or delayed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the parcel returns to us and our team will contact you to re-arrange delivery. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or public holidays are outside our control, but we keep you informed.
